What is Light Tire Technology?

1. Our researchers set out with the objective to build the lightest sport bike tire ever. This was achieved through simultaneous optimization of the internal structure, tire profile, and material selection.

2. The integration of the premium materials including DuPont Kevlar, which is 5 times stronger than steel, pound for pound, enabled weight savings without compromising performance.

3. And as always, we used premium Michelin rubber formulations, specifically developed for the application to maximize performance, durability and quality Kevlar.
